Battle Ropes are such a fun way to get fit. There is so much strength you can build with these 20 seconds burst of power. Find some battle ropes and try the below workout with 20 seconds of activity and 1 minute of rest. Repeat the activity as many times as you want, just be safe and have fun. Battle Rope Fun 1:
High Alternate, 20 sec.

Low Alternate, 20 sec.
1 min. rest
Ultimate Warriors right side, 20 sec.
1 min. rest
Ultimate Warriors left side, 20 sec.
